The Wendover received a face lift in 1992, adding flip-up headlights, even sleeker, more modern styling and a lightly updated interior. Futuristic gauges and easy-to-read display can keep the driver constantly aware of everything they might need to know. Nestled in the luxurious, comfortable interior is the latest and greatest high-tech digital dashboard the Wendover Information System, or WIS. The Wendover features advanced mono-leaf rear suspension, allowing for the installation of a rear differential to transform the vehicle into a snappy, responsive handling machine. The LeGran’s 4 cylinder engines can also be fitted, and all engine options have superchargers available to boost power. Sharing much of its underpinnings with the smaller LeGran, the larger, sleeker coupe body allows for a powerful transverse-mounted V8 engine to be fitted in place of the factory standard V6. Let’s begin things with the highly anticipated and legendary Wendover! Produced from 1987 to 1995 by American automaker Bruckell and sold under their luxury marquee Soliad, the Wendover is the epitome of late 1980s technology and styling. As always, we appreciate your continued support. This includes audio polishing, quality of life improvements for various levels, a brand new gameplay perspective, and the inclusion of a long-awaited vehicle! We hope this content continues to bring some much-needed fun and immersion for you.
#Beamng replay update
If you get rear ended and only a single point registers, it will push a single dent into the middle of your bumper, instead of have the damage all across the width of the contact.ĭetection of unstable client connection and disabling of collisions not works on race startīrands Hatch AI Blue Flag Collision (1.6.Hello everyone, we’re thrilled to release BeamNG.drive V0.22 today! This update comes with some major content additions and updates. It basically just takes the force the car was hit at in a spot and applies the necessary crumpling, which can sometimes be weird but it works well. It's like a hard body point collision system (idk i just made that up).

IMO even though NCG Wreckfest is less realistic, I find the damage more interesting and more fun to see.Ī damage system that could be possible is something like GTA4, it has a dynamic system but it's next in line after BeamNG and Wreckfest.

If you hit something hard, or hit two cars together they often get stuck to each other because they clip into each other.

Also it has major problems with clipping still, and I'm not sure if they can ever fix that. Maybe seeing that type of damage when it's all just on accident, and not over the top stuff would be more interesting. Car lands on it's top from really high, now it's flat, car hits wall head on really fast now the front is flat, woohoo. Maybe because it's too realistic, it's not interesting to watch, you get the same results every time when doing extreme testing. I have BeamNG, and I've watched a lot of crash videos, and honestly the damage is not that interesting. Looks like someone just found out about BeamNG (really late).īeamNG is cool but there are some flaws with the system, and everything is too wiggly, metal car parts don't wiggle like in BeamNG.
